T Line One – 1 Speed

This is the T Line in its purest form. A single-speed machine, perfect for riders who value simplicity and efficiency. With no need to shift gears, the T Line One offers a breezy, low-maintenance riding experience.  

The single-speed setup provides a smooth and consistent ride in flat cities. Ideal for minimalist, flat-terrain commuting. 

T Line 4-Speed

The T Line 4-Speed has 4 gears – using a tiny derailleur that weighs only 60g – and mudguards. This makes it heavier than T Line One, but not by much.  

The T Line Urban 4-Speed offers unmatched portability and durability. The 4-speed drivetrain is optimized for city performance, which ensures smooth gear transitions whether you’re cruising, accelerating or climbing hills.

T Line 12-Speed

The T Line 12-Speed has a unique gear system that provides more range and more possibilities. This means it's easier to ride up and down hills. Experience the lowest gear ever and the highest gear ever (with lots of small steps in-between). Ensure a comfortable ride for touring, exploring, commuting and beyond.

The Brompton P Line is designed for lightweight performance. Weighing as little as 9.7kg, the P Line is handcrafted from steel and titanium. The T Line is the lightest Brompton ever made - starting at 7.4kg, built in titanium with custom carbon components.  

Designed to pack a punch in the city, the Brompton P Line has a titanium rear frame and fork – refined geometry and an exceptional ride feel. It’s easy to carry and manoeuvre on the go. With Advance Roller Wheels, Continental Contact Urban Tyres and a superlight gear system, the P Line excels on the road. Expect greater efficiency, sharper handling and fast acceleration.  

Built in pursuit of lightweight performance, the Brompton T Line is lighter, faster and even more fun. The product of three years of research and development, T Line required new construction techniques, the design of over 150 components in titanium and a new factory dedicated to making the titanium parts.  

Expect super responsive carbon components and faster folding mechanisms, alongside Schwalbe One Tyres, superlight carbon crankset and a tig-welded titanium frame. T Line delivers unmatched performance and practicality – for a dynamic and agile ride every time.  

The smaller 16” wheels on a folding bike make it easier to get going, so you can get to your destination faster. This is ideal for the stop-start riding style typically encountered within a city. 

With a speedy 20-second fold, the Brompton folding bikes are also perfect for multi-modal travel.  Hop on and off public transport, fold and unfold your bike in less time than it takes to order a taxi.  

All Brompton T Line frames start their life as a set of tubes in our specialist TIG welding factory in Sheffield, 300km (186 miles) north of our London factory. We built this dedicated space as titanium requires different skills, machinery and process than steel. The city of Sheffield has a rich history and legacy of expertise and metalworking.  

The TIG Welding process requires a high level of skill and coordination. Even the most experienced welders need time and intense focus. Each welder has a signature style – making every weld unique.  

As well as being ultra-light, titanium is super strong. Being naturally corrosion resistant means high shine and zero rust in all conditions. The result? A robust and reliable T Line frame.
